  1. This is a guideline on conferencing. Additional items not mentioned can be added upon request such as flowers, music, entertainers, decorations etc.
  2. Please advise us well in advance of any special dietary requirements i.e. Vegetarian.
  3. A 50% deposit will confirm and secure your booking. Full balance of payment required prior to conference/ function.
  4. Final numbers are to be supplied at least 7 days before the date of the function. Final adjustment to numbers will only be accepted up to 3 days prior to the event. Should the function be cancelled less than 14 days prior to the date of the function, the entire price agreed upon is payable.

Terms and Conditions
The customer will be liable for the replacement of any items removed from the premises by the guests of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for any and all damages to or losses of Irene Country Club incurred as a result of Function/Seminar/Conference, and indemnify Irene Country Club in full for any and all damages or losses.  Irene Country Club shall not be responsible for any injury to any of the delegates or damage to or loss of any property of delegates through any cause of whatever nature or by the act of any person.  Please note that Irene Country Club has limited disability access and only certain areas can be accessed by Wheelchair.
No conference will be allowed to continue unless payment in full has been received, or unless otherwise pre-arranged.
