The Squash Section would not have been where it is today without the continuous support of its members and players. As previously noted, all Clubs found it more difficult to survive in today’s difficult economic times and the members active support is therefore of crucial importance.
Thank you for your usual support and hope you will grow your commitment to our wonderful club in 2009.
Having served 3 years, this is my last year as Chairman. The Section needs new blood and I would have liked to hand over with the new courts completed. Unfortunately it is out of my control. The new Chairman will take over a well-established Squash club with committed members. Please support him even more!
In closure, I would like to thank the committee for their hard work and support over the years. To my wife Anina and the kids, thanks for understanding the times that I was busy with Club matters. I will cherish these 3 years.
